I thought this was rad… Stiletto Tools is a company with a passion for a very light and very strong material - titanium. They make traditional hammers, pry bars, and all kinds of crazy contraptions that while are pretty spendy, they aren’t quite as expensive as I thought they would be.

After two weeks of stiff competition with over 100 entrants from the jalopyjournal.com, jockeyjournal.com, and garagejournal.com, Baileigh has picked their winner. It wasn’t an easy task as each site had guys that really brought a lot to the table. In the end, however, the award goes to a young man that really understands the spirit of… well, just getting stuff done.

Everyone on The Garage Journal has the same interest; a passion, a hobby, or even a love/hate relationship with their garage.  However, obviously an interest in garages isn’t the only thing that brings people here.  That’s why one of the more fascinating features on the newly redesigned board is the addition of Social Groups.  If you haven’t had a chance to check out the Social Groups yet, I suggest you give them a look.  It’s great to see people with common interest or from the same geographical area connecting on the board.  From the Virginia Garage Gang, to our pals down under, the Volkswagen Aircooled Group, to the Vintage Tool Collectors, and maybe even a group yet to be formed…
