Looking at a new garage in dayton Ohio

Well my question isn't exactly about the new garage yet, but i will post a few pics down the road.

I am making an offer on a house and as a 1st time home buyer I'm not really sure where to find a reputible home inspector. I was wondering if anyone has had good expereince with somebody they have used in the Dayton-Xenia, Ohio area? I asked my buddy that bought a house down the road from the place I am looking at about the guy he used 2 years ago and he went on a rambling speech about how that was the most worthless POS this and that, so I'm thinking I should look somewhere else.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
