Yea that's what we call a "Cold Knife" and it needs a new blade!! It is a semi-old school way of removing them nowadays, the main tool of a autoglass tech is called a "Express" think a sawzall with a 3 inch wide blade on it.

Hmmm. I didn't get any blades with it...lol. I'll have to figure out how to use it. Thanks!

Blades (http://equalizer.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=estore&Category_Code=03a)
I recommend you get the 'UltraWiz' in 3/4" and 1 1/2", you probably don't need a pack of ten pack of them. Just stop by a glass shop they would probably hand you a few blades. KEEP THEM SHARP!!!

Side note, here is a air powered version of your tool, greatest thing since sliced bread. Ninja (http://equalizer.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=estore&Product_Code=ENJ147&Category_Code=03c)
