Garage floor Epoxy

I want to coat a new carage floor and has anyone had the epoxy coatings on a working garage floor.
Will jacks and welding hurt the coating and moving around cars on rollers scratch the coating.
I have seen Quickcreet, Rustoliem & others .
Any info will help I have read not to use the water base epoxy and that the prep is the answer,My floor is new concret that has cured about 3 mounths and has not had any cars on it so no oil spots
Or would just a stain and sealer be better :lol_hitti

Don't be surprised if you don't get too many responses as this topic has been debated often on this forum. I would start by searching previous threads, thus giving you some power of information....then you can ask that which has not previously been covered.
