We have a winner!
The lady is selling it for her husband, and states, "It rolls around very easily."
Sure it does...;)

Do they not have a handle on each end normally? Looks like the one on the other end was removed for some reason.

Usually only one handle. The swivel casters can be bolted on either end, though.

But why would you want the casters opposite the handle? I mean - it works for grocery carts but for a toolbox?

Isn't the logo supposed to be on the other side, too?

My KRA4813 has the logo on the left side.

You want the handle on the side where the wheels swivel. You cannot push a heavy cart like this and expect it to go just where you want, like a light shopping cart. You dont have the light weight, and width to have the leverage you would with a shopping cart, on a tool box like this one. You have to be able to controll it from the handle end, meaning the swivel wheels must be on that side.
Funny thing is, my new (new to me) KRL1003 cab has a handle on both ends, but its a bit larger and harder to move than this box pictured.

Looks like those are Blue Point drawers with that blue trim. If it holds all my tools, locks up at night and rolls around I don't care who makes it I have a rollcab and tool cart I put Snap On stickers on and I don't care

The handle can be mounted on either end depending on your prefference.

Yup. Blue-point box.
That picture just looks... wrong. The logo and handle are in the wrong spots, and the narrow bank of drawers is on the LEFT side of most Snappy boxes, not the right.

The thought also crossed my mind that a shopping cart might not be designed for ease of maneuvering.

No kidding. I had no idea it was not a Snap-On box. The handle and casters jumped right out at me, though.
You guys get points for extra credit!

I always spec out my mobile workbenches and most of the toolboxes with 4 swivel casters. This way they can be pushed straight back to the wall. SD

We have a mobile laptop lab at one of our schools. It has four swivel casters. Moving that thing loaded is quite an adventure.

If Snap On markets these boxes then they can't be that bad. I'd store my tools in it

"Good" 4 caster carts have a fixed wheel in the center that has a spring to apply a small load on to the wheel. This helps the cart track straight but still makes it easy to turn...
