I havn't joined their club yet, is there anything like 10% discount on when you first join or something?

you get a $5 of .pdf coupon via a link and its only if you spend $50.00 kind of useless, but i'm glad I joined the CC bcause it gives me something to look forward to every month and also when you scan your card at check out you often get special savings receipts that print out with your receipt after a purchase.

I don't think you always get a discount, but for certain periods each month you get something. When I bought my compressor and ordered online it knocked off $10 over $50.

Takes awhile to get your card too, over a month for me. I had to call and find out what my number was.

None really. I have been watching between the regular Sears sale ads and the Club ads and usually everything in the Club ad shows up in a Sears ad over a 3 -4 week period for the same price, just not all at the same time like in the Club ad.
At least it does here.

I'd have to disagree - there's been some real sweet deals for club members over the last few months.

I got a new "quiet-glide" combo a couple months ago for $200 (5 drawer roller, 3 drawer intermediate and 8? drawer chest), which is a steal (this ain't the "Homeowners" cheap crap), and some other nifty stuff.

Besides - it's free, you usually get a flyer monthly, and it's Craftsman goodness! :D
