It's not... made in China or Taiwan. Wilbilt, you of all people have enough screwdrivers. Beware who or to what entity you give your personal information to!

Then I'll just keep the voucher and screw up their accounting...yeah, that's it....:lol_hitti
I have been online so long, my info is already on every SPAM, porn, phish, scam, viagra, stock market and mail-order encyclopedia list there is. it doesn't bother me.
If anyone steals my identity, they will end up wishing they hadn't when the bill collectors start calling, LOL.
I really could use some more screwdrivers, though.

Signed up, printed coupon and when down to get my free screwdriver; it's made in China, cost $3.99 and the stupid cashier tried to charge me $4.21 and said my coupon was no good because it did not scan; I complained and a manager came by and signed off on it. With the waiting in line, waiting for the cashier to figure out what to do and manager sign off, a good waste of 24 minutes ... :(

We could speculate on what we would do with a $4800 Lowes gift card.
My guess is that I would hand it to my wife and be glad it has a limit.

Each code is unique, just checked and mine is very different from yours. Using the coupon is also your entry in the contest, so best remove the direct link.

Right ... that "barrel" has a 1/4" hex socket on one end and a 5/16" hex socket on the other ... add those 2 to the other 4 ends and you get 6, right?

Went to Lowe's and picked up the last one :) . My coupon also didn't scan, but the cashier just adjusted it. However, I don't think I was entered in the sweepstakes. :(

(Monty burns mode on) "Excellent"
If nobody can enter, maybe I will win.
I'd call the customer service number at the bottom of the coupon, 1 866 268-0037.

Put it on eBay it'll probably go for twice what you can buy it in the store for.

Went to Lowes today. Two screwdrivers left. Now theres one. Go to the register hand him the coupon. Free! Life is good!! I tell the clerk I have more items. Put my purchases on the counter $49. Hand him my $10 coupon... He can't take it can't combine promos.
Go to Customer Service. Explain what happened. She offers to make it right. Then I find out the sale item I bought are now off sale. My $10 coupon is now worth $6.
Now for the question? Did I get the free $3.59 screwdriver or get screwed out of $4? Forget the answer. I don't want to know .

Printed the coupon yesterday - went in to the store today. As soon as I hit the door with my coupon, the lady behind the service counter says "Hey babe - you want one of those screwdrivers?" I said "Yep" - she then tells one of the guys to cough up a screwdriver, she scanned my coupon, printed my receipt for the screwdriver, and I was on my way.
Hard to tell if the thing will hold up, I am going to leave it in SWMBO's toolbox.

I haven't decided yet if I am going to drive to Chico to retrieve the screwdriver. Driving to Chico, for me, is on par with gouging my eyes out with a stick.

Hi everyone!
Well, I'm a "newb" so I don't expect to get many responses. But..I lose nothing by trying. :)
I found your forum after doing a search for the free screwdriver. I'm kinda spent on Christmas since I bought my husband a Kobalt tool chest that he would NEVER get for himself (had been eyeing it for a few years). So, something FREE would make a pretty cool stocking stuffer! :)
I have a 10% off movers coupon for Lowe's that I could forward on to anyone that could help me out that has an extra or might be willing to pass one on. I could always stay on the lookout for more coupons or anything since I'm always on the net. Any help is much appreciated. I'm going to try to get my contact info into the community profile.
Thanks so much for your time and Happy Holidays!

The only other thing I know I have are some Best Buy coupons. But they expire on the 30th. :( I always get a bunch in the mail though that we hardly use and I could send them on over! Sorry...Just trying to think of something. :headscrat

Welcome to the madness! If you like to talk about tools, this is one of the best places on the web....

Thanks! :) I'm from MI! But, I must say it's been easy to grow accustomed to the warm weather and BBQ! I have some very fond memories of MI though. My Gramps and Dad were always working on something so I pretty much lived in a Home Depot and since I was my Daddy's girl, I ended up helping each and every time.
I got my husband interested in tools to begin with - so I'm really excited for Christmas to be here already. I can't say that I know EVERYHING about tools, but when something needs to get done around here I'll find what I need to get the job done before my husband!! ;)
Well, thanks again for the welcome. Much appreciated! Stay warm! ;)

I went to Lowes a little while ago and got the screwdriver without any problem. Was in the store maybe 60 seconds before a rep asked if I needed help. She had the screwdriver in my hand within another 60 seconds. Not bad!
I also bought the nice 10 piece pliers set for $30 (good deal I think).

llyons,
What is it that you need? You can register online for the screwdriver and if your local Lowes does not have it you can call their customer service line to have them send you one (per previous posting).
