Potential Hydraulic press bargain on Ebay, in PA

The seller says he doesn't know anything about this press. It appears to be a KR Wilson, possibly rebuilt with a different bed, but the frame, pump, plumbing, cylinder, bed hoist, etc are unmistakably a KR Wilson.

People generally won't bid on something the seller cannot give you simple info like tonnage and brand on, so this could be a deal for the knowledgeable buyer in the PA area.
