I was thinking the same thing. What is it man!
Call first and make sure they have it in stock - their website doesn't track stock.
I placed an order from them, paid, and got an email 2 days later stating that some parts of my order were backordered for 5 weeks.
Other than that, they're friendly and shipping time was reasonable.

I've ordered from them before; quick shipping, but I have to pay sales tax because they have a warehouse in California .... I prefer free shipping and no sales tax ...
I have ordered from them several times and the tools showed up pretty quick. I was very happy with their service and they have a nice catalog they send to you after you buy from them. It's been a about a year since I ordered from them so I don't get the tool catalog anymore.

Everytime i've looked at them, their prices have been higher than toolwarehouse or tooltopia. They do have a nice catalog.
I noticed the same thing too ... but they do have some tools that both tooltopia and toolwarehouse does not ...

I used to order from them regularly but, their prices went up about 18 months ago so, I switched to other online vendors. They were always quick to deliver, had great communication, and a wide selection. I think they moved from Florida to the Northeast around the same time as the price increase.
Well, some other places do sell it online, but have never heard of them...
Anyway, I want a flex head CDI torque wrench. Model 802MFRFMHSS.
