I've installed a few, unfortunately not at my own house so I couldn't give you an answer on how it works. No complaints yet though.

Great question. This is exactly what I'm looking for.

I just got off the phone with the manufacturer and they said to buy it off of amazon.
Seems a bit pricey at $63 for a 16ft chunk of rubber, but I'll probably end up getting it anyways. That's just under $4 per foot without shipping.

It comes with some sort of glue to attach it to the concrete.

Yep, you glue it. Comes in a caulking tube. It is expensive, my cost is 1.91/ ft. plus tax if I buy it in 100' lengths.

Hmmmm, that's roughly half the cost from Amazon...are you able to re-sell it ? I could see an e-bay store in your future...not much of a market there...yet: http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?sofocus=unknown&sbrftog=1&catref=C6&fstype=1&from=R10&satitle=garage+door+seal&sacat=-1%26catref%3DC6&bs=Search&sargn=-1%26saslc%3D2&sadis=200&fpos=ZIP%2FPostal&ftrt=1&ftrv=1&saprclo=&saprchi=&fsop=1&fsoo=1

Why not just go down to Lowe's & get some plastic & rubber weatherseal & attach to the bottom of the door? I did that years ago & nothing gets through.
