Need some info from you garage junkies out there. Has anyone used or know somebody who has Dynotile in their garages. It seems pretty intresting with their overlapping seal that will keep stuff out from under the floor. I'm just trying to look at all the options out there for my garage and have looked at Racedeck, MotoFloor, Craftsman etc.... here is there website www.dynotile.com (http://www.dynotile.com) . Any and all input is greatly appreciated.

That looks an awful lot like http://www.floorsurfaces.com/ tiles, seen those in person and I liked them a LOT. I got my racedeck for the right price :) but the floorsurfaces tiles look like they would be a better tile for a working garage.

The stuff looks good, but doesn't seem very functional.
1. weight. can it handle a car/truck on a jackstand. which is lots of pressure in a very small area.
2. weld splatter? no way.
3. grinding sparks? depending how far away you are.
4. hot parts (from being torched off).
5. spilled fluids. will they fill up inside/underneath the joints?
6. brake fluid / other chemicals?
7. if your tire is parked on one tile and you turn the wheel?
9. $3.95 per sq ft!!!
I don't want to be a downer, it's all application driven. Is your garage a showroom with some light use or is it a workshop?
