What kind of ratchet is this? (the long handle, flex head) Are rebuild kits available?

Looks like an Indestro. Durochrome, or another contract made tool made by Duro/Indestro.
If it works only in one direction then it is likely that the part that the selector disk engages is broken. If it is jammed, do not force the selector with pliers. You will break that part.
I do not know of anyplace to find a kit that will work in these. The SK mechanism is similar but the Indestro head is smaller.
If anyone knows where to find NOS Indestro rebuild kits for these, I could use one too.

The flex looks to be welded, and no rebuild kits are not available.
