I have seen lots of links and recommendations for online tool stores based in the USA on here. I know that most will ship to Canada, but I just wondered if anyone knew of one that was actually based north of the border?

The way we get screwed on prices up here it would probably be cheaper just to pay the extra shipping and duty, but I thought it was worth looking into.

I am particularly interested in somewhere that sells European tools (much like Chadstoolbox) and/or power tools.

BTW I did try some searches, but with no success, both on here for previous threads and on the Interweb.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The Wera & Knipex brands can be obtained via Wera Tools Inc. (http://www.wera.de/cgi-bin/vshop?HTML=wera_us.htm) in Stoney Creek (Next to Hamilton), Ontario...

Anyway there are a few to get you started; this site is a search engine that will give you prices and may bring up some stores by looking up a tool you need:

Don't know 'bout these guys. Prices look absolutely dynamite if you buy the $69 membership. But I can't find anything on them at the BBB or through google which makes me hesitant about using them.
