Okay, I just canceled my order for a KRL1024 and got the riser and locker for my 1023 instead. Now I need a light for the riser to run across the top. The riser will be here in the morning so I need to get around town and find something this weekend.
Anyone fitted something that isn't permanent? Not really interested in the glow of l.e.d but would settle for the best solution..
This box thing is an addiction. $700 in rebates helped ease the pain. someone buy the drawer guards im selling in classifieds so I can pay for this lol.

I have a 72" wide riser, and I just used two 24" single tube florescent fixtures from home depot, wired to a switch. It works great, and provides plenty of light.

cool deal. that's the same width im getting. I see SO offers a light but $88.... I feel like the guy who buys the corvette but fills it with cheap gas, but oh well.
guess it's off to the depot tomorrow...
thanks chad

Its more like the guy that can buy parts at wholesale rather than retail.

not sure I follow, but if/when I can get SO at a discount, I do. I have access to the SOE program and the discounts with it but they dont offer the lights in the program, let alone the riser to install it into.
I'll never purchase my wrenches off the truck after seeing the SOE pricing. Just need to get around to upgrading these shitty craftsman's.

For the lights, probably the only difference between the HD lights and the SO lights are that the home depot lights don't say Snap on.
