I called my snap on dude and he can be here this afternoon - is it worth $25.00 for the convinence?

I had one of the plastic Miti vac kits a while back, but when I got my new tool box I was missing all of the fittings and it was a brake fluid nightmare and no way I wanted that in my new box so I chucked it. Now I need one, kind of wishing I cleaned it up and put it away...

I have the MityVac set .. purchased from thetoolwarehouse.net. Used only twice in 3 years because I also have the air operated MityVac bleeder which is so much easier to use. Buy it from Snap On only if you need it immediately.

The Mityvac kits may be available at your local autoparts store. It may be worth a phone call or two. I think I only paid around 25 bucks for mine. It was a 50% off sales flier item at a local parts store (but this was over 10 years ago)

There is a price range depending on the fittings. Sears carries it as well (for convienence), as the autoparts stores, and even my HF has carried it. If you need anything else, thetoolwarehouse is free shipping over $99, and an excuse to buy more tools.
Snap~on is fine if you need it today, we have all been there on those emergency projects.
You do bring up an interesting point. Has anyone ordered replacement parts?
