Snap On nut driver w/ Ivy tool handle

While at work I found a nut driver with a clear yellow handle. The shaft is stamped with the Snap On logo and on the handle it says Ivy Tool USA.
What's the deal?

Its possible they were a OEM supplier; I've seen Snap-On screwdrivers handles with CAT logos and other brands on them! Maybe just another vendor using Snap-On to supply their tools with their logo put "on there"...
