Cozy Model heater for garage?

Hey guys I am new to the board. I wanted to heat my garage with the least expensive way as possible. I have an estimate for the install of a cozy model VTF301(30,000BTU,99.9%Efficent) wall mounted heater. Installation includes gas piping from the existing piping to the new heater.

Has anyone done this and if so how much should it cost?
The estimate I have is for $1,650 and seems a bit high.

If anyone has pictures that would be great.

That sounds about right. I paid around $1150 for a propane fired 60,000 btu Hot Dawg propane fired heater (installed). I imagine the extra for you is connecting to the existine gas line.

Buy the heater and install it yourself...
