Anyone using one of these? I'm in the process of researching various different heating sources and have a pellet stove in the house itself, just love it!
The shop will be for working on cars as well as some woodworking. Any thoughts on this (using a pellet stove).

PS
the new shop will be about 640 sq ft with an attached 12'x33' seperate section connected by a 10' OH door

I have a pellet insert and would think a stand-alone pellet stove in the garage would heat you out of there.

I like the gas heaters only because they don't take up any floor space.

Any stove that takes the combustion air from the shop is just waiting to go bang. Any heater that draws air through and blows out warm air realy makes for dust and dirt to get in to everywhere including your lungs not to metion the fact that any solvent fumes or dust can be ignited. For shops the Radiant tube heater seem to be the best. For wood work the electric over oil is the safest as the heat does not get as hot to ignite the wood fiber dust.
