Great looking cabinet, is that a design that will be manufactured for sale or a prototype?

Nice design. I have always wondered, why the angle to the top box? It seems like a loss of space for no useful purpose.

Looks pretty robust. I'll let my mind sit on this for a while before offering further input.

I think the top should be alittle taller with maybe two more drawers

I have confused myself. I am tired and the right words are not coming to me.

I was just curious if the top was made to narrow for appearence or if there was a weight, stability reason for it.

How much time between the design of that, and when it was actually made? In otherwords, how much time between it being on paper, and then sitting there?

So are you selling the boxes direct from china?

I would like to see some more options like this, but in stainless like you have shown and in thicker sheet metal.. not too flimsy... and at a good price :)

I think you're on to something!

Or on something. Not sure which....

:lol_hitti

I think the tool box looks great. I prefer wide tool boxes with several wide drawers.

The stainless is sweet. Excellent job.

What would the price be and how would these be brought to the States?

Here's another similar idea to steal!

Make it easier for normal people to set up tool control systems.

I like the top box being narrower at the top, the look anyway.

The market is smaller for larger boxes, but I think the most profit is to be made in 40" and 56" width.

Thank you, "Amos Ives Root", of course, can be developed, if you have such a need

Hey Wei,

Are all the drawers in the top chest the same depth front to back?

I ask this because with the sloping side panel, it makes it look like the upper drawers would be a shorter depth.

What would the per unit cost be? Could you integrate a bar locking mechanism like in an office desk?

I saw this exact(?) type of rolling tool box with top chest in a 41" (or wider?) not too long ago, at Costco Canada.

It's stainless steel that's put together with the use of hundreds of rivets.

Simply put, I was not impressed with the craftsmanship. Most notably, the drawers have too much play, left/right, on the rails. The gauge thickness of the SS is not appropriate for this type of application.

The store sample had a few drawers that where off from the rails, mostlikely due to the flimsyness on the rail tracks.

Much improvement is needed, in my opinion.

These methods of locking are fine. #1 is preferable

Make the toolbox with removable tool tray drawers. This is the main idea.

Make the removable drawers 550mm x 350mm x 70mm. 4 drawers tall.
