Interesting that Blue Point is not in the list. Blue Point and Nexiq are listed as SO companies but I didn't see them, or Williams, in the SCE fileing. Did I miss read something?

thats because bluepoint is a brand name not a company, and i think williams is owned by bahco so they're under that on the list. a couple i didn't see was sun, wheeltronics and john bean. but they may be under snap on diagnostics.

I thought that might be the case but on the SO website BP at least is listed as a subsidiary.
Sun was listed in the SEC document but as an Austrian company (Sun Electric Austria GmbH).

Amazing how complicated and convoluted business can be.

http://www.atitools.com/ ATI Tools a part of Snap on Logistics so you have subsidiaries of subsidiaries.

Did you know that Mitchell Repair Information Company was a subsidiary of Snap on?

Or compare this one from 1995 to the 2007 list. http://www.secinfo.com/dRC12.92b.6.htm
