Junkyard that sells bare wheels? They should have used wheel weights. Most any tire shop will have used weights. I used to have a Tech set of wheel weights. I gave it to my buddy that runs a local tire shop.

Wheel weights got crazy expensive over the last year or so around here. As Krusty said, most shops just throw them in some sort of bucket or tub to get picked up by the scrap metal guy.
