Hello, Garageniks,
I am looking to purchase an electric heater for my 380 square foot 2-car garage (10-foot ceiling). I have my eye on the Dayton G73 - it appears to meet all of my requirements, plus I have a chance to purchase one locally for $270.00, brand new, out-the-door.
1) Any comments, pro or con, about this particular unit?
2) Where is the best location for ceiling mounting? Most of the installations I have seen are with the heater in a corner facing out diagonally over the work area, but I have seen a few instances of heaters mounted in the middle of the ceiling, perpendicular to the wall.
