Scope function is only two channels, not 4 like Modis. Looks like SO fubar'd up again. JMHO

Check the cpu processor it's a bit small. Anything other than a factory scan tool is a compromise at best, and the Versus is an expensive compromise. Not too mention the price of updates.

The Verus is something I would stay away from. I demo'd one and didn't like it at all. Alot of bugs in software, touch screen was slow to respond, the data pid update rate was terribly slow, pretty much useless! The scanner coverage is the exact same as the Modis and Solus. The scope is a 4 channel but lacks having ignition scope testing at the moment, that the Modis does have! The Verus looks like a big FLOP to me! I'm with Fedwrench OE tools are the best way to go, there are to many functions that the aftermarket scanners don't have that is needed to complete repairs on newer cars now days! I can certainly think of a better ways to spend 9 Grand!

No Idea. But i thought it was a cool feature. It also integrates in with Shop Key online.

Im sure it lacks a lot of features that the Modis has, but they will only make it better with time.
Price is kinda ridiculous though.

The OTC Pegasys platform uses their version of shop key called Identifix. It will connect to the internet but only when linked to the SPX/OTC server. They purposely blocked all other websites.

I'm really curious as to why the related videos on the sidebar of that Verus video are about women breastfeeding their snotpickers? :headscrat

Yes. But what was even more disturbing was the video about Breastfeeding children at 8 years old.

Its gets even worse if you watch that, very strange, however if we can diagnose the root cause of stuff like that with a SO VERUS I am for owning one.
I really really really shouldn't be clicking on random movies on Youtube, it merely convinces me that most people need something (I am not sure if its drug, a mental ward or swift kick in the ass).
