Has anyone noticed they list a 14pc 1/2" drive set for $19.99? Is this the normal sale price of $19.99 for either the 9pc or the 5pc sets individually or are they actually combining them together for that price?

It is hard to keep track of all these sales. I also got a flyer in the mail yesterday with a multiple use card for 10% off on any regular or sale priced merchandise between the 14-16th.
