What happened to thetoolwarehouse.net?

Anybody know what is up with thetoolwarehouse.net? I placed a order last Saturday and still have not received a shipping confirmation. No one is answering their phone either. They have been pretty reliable in the past. :(

Update: The Las Vegas warehouse finally answered and said my order was stuck in cyberspace in Brooklyn .. go figure .. they promised to ship today.

If you live out west, you get Las Vegas when you call for assistance. I've had a couple of online orders get lost too. If you don't get that confirmation email, the order is lost. It doesn't mean they have everything in stock. It just means they got your order. On a different issue, is it me or did their prices jump again? :wtf:

I live in NJ and these guys have always been simply amazing wrt shipping. Once I ordered some stuff around 3pm on a Thurs and it arrived UPS on Friday. I figure the east coast warehouse must be right nearby.

Yep, their prices have been climbing every year; I have catalogs from the for the last 5 years .. guess I should clean up soon .. :)

Some things came down but others went up. About the time I was going to get a Power Probe III they jumped it like 90.00 to 217, they are now 163 I bought mine for 99.00 thru another online dealer. The Power Probe brake bleeder adapter set has also been reduced, saw it in the retail catalog at the parts store cheaper than TTW earlier this year but most of the hand tools & sockets have went up
