Hello, I recently bought a brand new 3/4 drive 50 mm 12 point chrome socket made by Wright at a local tool store for a few dollars. I could not think of anything I would ever be able to use it on but for only a few dollars I bought it anyway. My question is has anyone run into this size before? Possibly an axle nut? Or did I buy the coolest paperweight ever? Looking forward to the responses.

Thanks,

Stu

Both,If you work on trucks, buses, armored tanks, mining and farming equipment, semi's,bridges, skyscrapers, tunnels, train s or Rockets you'll be able to put it to use, otherwise it's a cool paperweight.

I use them for seal drivers and in my hydraulic press. If you have farm equipment or a truck garage you probably could use it.
