makita 9.6 volt batteries....

has anyone found a reasonable/cheeep source for new/rebuilt makita 9000/ 9.6 volt battery packs?

my 9000/9.6 volt makita flashlites are the 'best' i've found, and the battery packs are beginning to 'lose-their-charge' too soon!
some time ago found a 'source' for rebuilt battery packs while doing a
GOOGLE, but did NOT have the courage to try the source.

ANY SUGGESTIONS!
