Also related to this - if you browse their site, sometimes a box pops up "do you need help" where it'll connect you with a live operator. Both times this has come up, I've let it connect me to somebody and then said I was thinking about a machine purchase but not sure if I wanted to pay the freight and was offered a 10% off code good 'that day only'. Something worth trying if you need to order something from them.
