Those are really nice boxes (or service carts), I wouldn't hesitate to buy one if the price was right.

That's may as well be called a tool chest not a kart lol, it is a bight high for it though, i know you cram a lot into them. If you like the one you have now, just buy you're self some nice casters from mac or a 3rd party and replace them its cheaper and you keep the one you like:thumbup:

i did talk with my matco guy about casters problems. (i bought it as used one not new one) my matco guy told me that there is no upgrade the casters on service carts... so i have to look else to find match bolt in it is almost same with Craftsman's professional from 5X2 to 6x2...

I don't know about you're area but here most farm supply or industrial supply stores carry casters if you took one off and took with you they could easily match what you wanted the bolts and the hole lay out so you could just buy and bolt on. Mind you i don't know if that's what you want. If that fails Google up some casters and see what you find to you're liking and budget :bounce:
I am way down here in snow covered waste lands of Canada so ordering here the shipping would kill you The dog sleds are slow don't yea know~

I have that cart in Black. A couple of years ago they listed for $995 off of the truck. That cart listed in the December 2008 sale flyer for $1295. It a great cart but, I got mine new for $700 cash and I don't think I could bring myself to pay more than that. It's more rollaway than cart but, I like the deep top till and being able to keep 90% of what I use daily in an easy to access setup.

Just see if the outside perimeter is 4 x 4 1/2 inches.
Don't worry about the bolt spacing because that is standardized to a 4 x 4 1/2 plate. ;)

Deafautotech, did you get your casters for your Snap-On box? Did you do the install? I would love to hear how it went and if you thought the casters were basically the same but at such a better price! Inquiring minds want to know! :)
