I can get these for a really good price locally (seems too good) Does anyone have experience or opinions on this brand lift?

Not sure it has a brand, per se, I think its your typical Chinese lift sold as a "house" brand.

Define really good price, and does it include any warranty?

IMO, you would be better off buying a used name brand lift. People are practically giving them away with the bad economy. I just picked up a used challenger (model 64000) scissor midrise lift for $250 bucks. I just slapped a coat of paint on it and it looks like a brand new lift.
