Stainless Steel Wax or Polish?

What do you use on your Stainless Steel tool boxes to keep that nice shine and or remove the finger prints? I just got my 56" CSPS at Costco a couple of weeks ago and want to keep it looking new.

I think you'll want the same kind of stuff they use in the restaurant industry. It's an foaming aerosol, but the name escapes me. I used to use it to clean our freezers and refrigerators when I worked at a restaurant. Spray on, wipe off with a rag.

You should find it at a restaurant supply store.

I use mothers car wax

I use "Weiman Stainless Steel Cleaner and Polish" in an aerosol can. I either got it at WalMart or Home Depot, can't remember. HD sells polishes and such for the SS grills they sell.

Baby oil - Pure and simple

Baby Oil ! now that is an interesting reply. Care to explain how you came upon this application for this ?

Baby oil - It's what S/S oven manufacturers recommend.
Also we (the company I jokingly work for) used to make a raw aluminium (English spelling) hospital hoist, the only way to get rid of finger prints after assembly was to use baby oil.
This machine was called a Lisa - Sick guys used to get a kick out of rubbing baby oil into Lisa.

Will give the baby oil a try, it can't hurt. My kids survived using it on them years ago.

My live-in cleaning lady(you know who I mean) uses stainless steel magic on the appliances in the kitchen. You can get it a home depot etc. and it works pretty good. It puts a light coating on it that resists finger prints for a few weeks but in doesn't leave it grasy or oily which is nice.
