The secret to success is probably long hours and premium customer service. When people pay premium price, they deserve premium service. Also inventory, you can't sell from an empty wagon.

Yeesh, I have not heard good things about owning a tool truck franchise. I would agree with fatfillup, though. If it were me, I would wait until people have money again to buy expensive tools.
