Guys I've read every post there is to read about compressors (getting ready to build my home shop) But at work my 7.5 hp Coleman Powermate, that we have has crapped the bed (been rebuilt a few times); Unfortunately; I dont have the time to get a compressor through the internet because of time constraints; I need a compressor now. I only have hook up for single phase but want the best I can get locally; (located in the Albany, NY region)
My question is; is there a 10hp that works on single phase? Also; I see the quincy compressors are rated @ 50,000 hours compared to the ingersoll rand @ 15,000. I was thinking of just setteling for a 7.5 hp Ingersoll Rand @ Tractor Supply; The Coleman had decent air supply for what we needed (3 workers doing mechanical & body work) Really looking for some suggestions or links to suppliers in my region.

There are a few 10HP single phase and they are very good --
