I ran across this today and thought it might be of interest; the timeline shows the joint venture between Gray and Bonney 1930 (terminated in 1961) and has info about manufacturing processes and factory production photos. Check it out:

Very cool, I want to get some Gray tools at some point its a shame they are not more prevalent down here.

Snap-on! They used to have a plant for flat wrenches, etc. Gone now...
Oh my I am in love, I just went through the tool storage catalog. The pro series boxes have pronominal draw lay outs that would suit my needs perfectly. This is just more icing on the cake to move to the second motherland.
