Would anyone be in for building a 'virtual toolbox'? What I'm talking about would involve a lot of polls.

I think the preliminary round would be to select categories and decide how narrow or specific we wanted to be. For example, do we want to talk about who makes the best pliers or who makes the best needlenose/sidecutting/waterpump pliers?

In essence, I want to collectively create a fantasy toolbox in the vein of a fantasy football team (brit here). Basically, the creme de la creme, money-no-object über tool in each category. Eg. Knipex for pliers, Snap-on for ratchets.

Let me know what you guys think.

What custom tool box the way you want it not the way someone else thinks they can sell a lot of?

I have a main work box, work travel box, home boxes, and two machinist boxes each box is specific to the tasks at hand.

Not disappointed ... I'll start off by voting for Snap-on and Cornwell full polished wrenches. :D
