The one in the auction is a Quick release model, kind of rare, a lot of people don't even know they were ever made. So someone may have thought they were getting a one of a kind. Or else they just really like QR.

Personally a lot more then I would have paid. The new price off the truck was most likely not that high.

But I'm a cheap skate. And I already have Snap on QR ratchets.
