Belonged to Grandpa, don't know anything other than that. I just wondered if there were others out there somewhere, different sizes, etc. The logo kind of narrows down the year somewhat. I should mention that I plugged it in and it does work.

i would suspect it was made by black and decker. that was snap ons main scource for electric tools over the years.
