I have been wanting to try this out for awhile and went ahead with it last night!! I bought the dupli color coating and I'm quite impressed on how it turned out!!

You need to dip an acid brush in some lacquer thinner and clean that spray tip off; otherwise that stuff will dry and clog up the tip.

Looks good! I've always wondered about that. What keeps me from trying is the horror of ever having to remove it...

Sounds like that stuff would work great on my stairs to the garage; a non-slip solution that is more cost effective than the non-slip strips sold by Griots Garage ...

Get that stuff you mix in with paint, its almost like sand, hell it probably is sand.

I painted my kart frame with bedliner. Tough as crap. I had a part come loose and rub on the frame for about 20 laps and it didn't wear through. It would have worn right through powder coat, which is the normal treatment.
Bedliner $14
Powder Coat $190
Not a tough choice.
I did have to knock it down a bit with some 220 grit becasue it was so dang rough it would take your skin off when you rubbed against it.

I've been thinking about putting that stuff on the top till of my tool cart. The regular mat is getting beat to crap and is torn up. Can you pm me an update in a few weeks to let me know how your application is holding up?
