I got this passed down from my FIL several years back and have not thought about it much since but just use it when it is handy. The set ranges from 7/16" to 1-1/16" and everything is in the picture. Did a search and found very little besides a single tool or ratchet here and there. The ratchet picture has a replacement button head bolt that I replaced ( it had an ugly bolt and nut from sometime in the past. Just curious as to who made and maybe who sold this brand. :headscrat
Thanks,
Charles

I think they were sold through Montgomery Wards.

I think you're right there - the latest Pendelton/Penens sourced Speedmaster ratchet I picked up has the Monkey Wards "M/W" between "Speed" and "Master".

I have a set of 1/2" dr Speed Master sockets passed down to me from my grandfather:

Nobody seems to know much about them.
I'm still trying to find a Montgomery Wards catalog listing these Speed Masters, as opposed to their Powr Kraft series.
Grandpa didn't seem to the matching ratchet, but he did have the 8 point sockets:

Sorry, he like to spray paint his tools red to identify them. Better than engraving!
I could clean them up with acetone, but the red reminds me of him.
I found this great photo on flickr from someone else looking for info on them:
