I just bought the Direct Lift for Motorcycle. it is usa made with attach kits that can use as lift the ATV or Lawn mower rider. it is 1,000 lbs capacity and it is air/ hydraulic pump system which i can use my foot to put it up or down. it is very nice!! Also the guy told me that direct lift is some of dealership and independent shop use that for everyday works.

it was 1,000 dollars when the guy bought it. that guy is my mother's friend at school as janitor. he is big harley guy even invested a lot of money in his 2005 Road King with lot of chrome, upgraded to 95" from 88" engine, etc. But his back keep hurt so he will trade in for Trike from harley dealership.

i paid 600 dollars for it as it is very little use and it is good care by guy. no damage or bend. it was use few time as oil changes, put parts on like chrome stuff and did a clean around (no water on it).

There is picture of motorcycle lift with my 2003 Road King Classic.

Also there is other harley motorcycle that is my dad's. it is 2001 Road King Classic, my dad need to pull camplate cover out to see if the cam tensioners need to be replace or worse is need do some of works like pull top end out for gaskets replacement because little oil leaking around that gaskets never touch since 2001. i am hate to sit down and work instead stand up and enjoy it.

Thank you!

My dad's road king has 23,500 miles since 2001 but my dad bought it 3 years ago as 19,000 miles. But I put almost 3,000 miles as easy before I had to got mine. Dad did put other miles but not much as I do. My dad never thought about tensioners until I inspected mine which I did bought used 2003 road king classic as 19,500 miles and now it has 25,000 miles. Mine's tensioners was shot at 24,500. So I did swapped to gear drive set with andrew 26g. No problem but I had to put undergear to have correct backlash. After mine got fixed, run great but I am plan to put screamin eagle PRO 2 to 1 pipes as I got it used for 200 dollars.

I hate to work on floor because hurt my knee and back!

Were your tensioners cracked, pitted bad or just worn down? I have 16,000 0n my Hertiage, so I plan to take a look at 20,000. Did you notice a big difference in the Andrews 26 cams?

my 2003 Road king classic has 24,500 miles before i pull the camplate cover out because i am member for Vtwinforum.com that all harley guys keep said to look out the tensioners.

Anyway, i did look at primary tensioner that do tension on chain that drive by Crankshaft to camshaft. it was look ok BUT on Secondary tensioner that behind of camplate was bad because the metal on tensioner hit and almost ruin the secondary chain. So i pulled camplate out and press the stock cams and bearings out. i did checked the runout on crankshaft to see if it is match or under 0.003 that Andrews Product said. my twin cams 88 was 0.003, so i did set right backlash between camshaft gears but the cam gear to crankshaft gear was too tight. so i bought the undersize gear to correct the backlash as it was 0.001 or 0.0011 while specific was 0.0005 to 0.001. then i got it together and fire it up. it was run good. I did tuned it at Victory Drive at Indianapolis as close to Emerson and I-465. it was run good and pull really good from twins cam 88". But i was play around on exhaust as went from stock head pipes with screamin eagle slip-ons to Fullsac true dual with same slip-ons. it made good sound and better pull than before.

After cams swapped and switched to true dual, the baseline was 65.89 HP and 79.79 TQ.
After tuned, it produce 67.92HP and 84.99 TQ. But my Tuner said the exhaust sound like restriction that mean the exhaust dont flow quick enough as the intake get lot more of air and fuel.

So i did bought the Screamin Eagle PRO 2 to 1 pipe set from my Snap on guy for 200 dollars while new set is about 550 dollars. i will put it on my 2003 harley and do re-tune again. i will post the result later.
