For example if you knew you were heading to New York for business, you might check the NY area CL for tools and such. If so, you may be addicted to tools...

Visited my son in Ft. Drum NY and came home with a 3/4 SO socket set and partial sets of SO, MAC, and John Deere combo wrenches. $420. Sold the sockets for $500. John Deeres are leaving nexy week for $75, hope to get about $100 each for the SO and mac.

Yes I'm a tool addict, but they don't always have to stay with me.

Craigslist is an enabler!! But also my friend!!

always! my local craigslist site is not very active. whenever i go to detroit or out of state, i check craigslist to see if i should travel via motorcycle or bring an extra suitcase or rent a moving truck :spit:

yah, i use one of those sitemash's that shows an entire region or state for craigslist. seems pretty accurate and definitely speeds up searches..

yes tools and cars.
last time I went to texas me and my accomplice tried to find a way to sell our airline ticket to tow a car home.
our company paid for tickets so we could'nt find a way.
so we flew home.
maybe next time.
