Any chance you can post pictures of the Roto's internals? I'm dying to know if the guts are just like the round head flex heads.

Muffin Man:

I just lubed mine up before I uploaded these pictures but it goes like this:

the main gear (? middle piece)
a half moon gear (? on the side)
a spring that goes into the half moon
cover with the hex bolt.

Does that sound right? If not Ill take it apart a little later.

Sounds about right. Mine also has a circular spring which part of it is seated into the pawl. What lube did you use? My round heads like the RLL but the dual pawl flex heads seem to like chain lube much better (both are 72 teeth.)

egh I just used motor oil but it still loud so Im gonna pick up the RLL sometime tomorrow and redo it again. My CJBM Series are real nice right off the package.

Thats another ratchet who's internals I'd like to see as well :spit: I'm thinking it might use the dual pawls.

Hmmm that is one box of Chinese love....... lol. They look awful nice though. I agree the screwdriver handles look good.. tempting for sure. I wish I could compare one to the size of the new S/O grips same with the "texture" of the material.

Made in Taiwan, but very good quality.

Go to www.wrenhandtools.com and order from Mike Wren, he's been taking care of a bunch of us.
