I'm in the market for a floor jack for use on my 2000 Ford Windstar 3.8.
It's a 4,000 lb. vehicle. Will a 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 ton be sufficient to jack up the front end of the vehicle (both sides), or do I need to go with a 3 ton rating?
I expect to use it 5 to 6 times a year.
