Hard to tell since my pict is lousy, but the guy has 3 screwdrivers jammed down against the window .... presumably to keep it from falling down. Had to laugh. I would have tried to get a better picture, but the guy looked like a thug who woke up on the wrong side of the bed today.

Or he just has them set up so when he leans over the ****** to make out with her he uses them to stab her with and becomes the new screwdriver killer :spit:

..."chuckle" Don't ask me how things like that pop into my head

I figured he was hoping to run into the GM engineer that designed one of the poorest and least durable power wndow regulator models in the world and try to get his point across.

I should be ashamed to say it, but I did that with one screwdriver on a ford pickup that the window mechanism broke on. Probably did that for about 6 months.

Oh, Fedwrench, I think the poorest window mechanism would have to be VW's in the mid 90"s. My son bought a 97 jetta and 3 windows wouldn't work. Converted the rear windows to hand crank and replaced the passenger power mechanism. The drivers had already been done. Were GM's worse?

I had a Maxima back in the day that was notorious for eating window regulators. When one of the rear windows went I just popped the door panel and ran a piece of coat hanger like a "hook" at the bottom of the window and wrapped the other end around the lip on the door channel. Worked like a charm and no one was the wiser. Don't put that window down! haha... I've had a couple of those cars.. if you put it down.. it might not come back up!

Poor guy.. usually thats one of those fun things you discover the morning after a big rain.. come out and your driver seats all wet. LOL

I saw a guy driving down the road in a slight rain and I noticed this blob run across his windshield. He had a balled up T-shirt tied around the wiper arm. I tried to get up close for a pic but it didn't work out.

I feel bad for that guy. I believe a replacement wiper is $2 at walmart. I think you could get the whole arm replaced for $6 maybe.

Worse car I've seen for regulator/channel problems was 2 door pontiac grand am, early 90s.
Too cheap to replace, just open door panel and prop up regulator with a couple of pieces of 2X4.:lol_hitti

driving home one new years eve night from a prty, I had that happen in a friends car.. no time to drive to store with wipers on because it would scratch the glass...

2 dress socks later and a girls hair tie thingy and we were on the road..
