I want one with out the rubber handle like the one toptul sells. I was thinking craftsman but they dont make one. Who else makes it besides snap off. I dont plan on spending too much maybe less then 45 dollars. Thanks in advance once again guys. Keep up the good work.

SK makes one priced right around your target. Sears sells it about $40 IIRC.

If you shop around, the Gearwrench model is a sleeper. It has a fine 60 tooth action, a thin head for access into tight areas, and is slightly longer than others for more leverage.

Amazon has just the 1/4 flex head model number 81012 for $28.87. (although they show a fixed head ratchet in their picture)

I second the SK. I have this one and it has been great. The only con about it is since it's a round head the head is a little thicker than a pear head. I've never had a problem with that since I use a gearwrench with a socket adapter if I'm really tight on space.

i have the sk version with the 3/8 drive in it and like it. i also have the spin flex proto from grainger and they can still be had on the cheap but they are not a real fine tooth ratchet.
