Just a typical question can we interchange the internal gears of these two???

The thin one is sealed... and the the other ones are just normal ones with shine...

No, the 60 tooth thin profile ratchets are a different design from the typical Craftsman teardrop ratchets.

As usual, MAD is correct; the internals of the thin profile ratchets will not interchange with any other type of Craftsman ratchet. They might interchange with some of the GearWrench ratchets of similar design but I've never tried.
