WTB 1/2" eight point socket set

Does anyone have a suggestions for the above socket set. I wouldn't use them enough to justify a tool truck set. I'm watching ebay,but even there they are pricy. I don't want Cman as they PO'ed me several years ago and will not get any more of my money. Thanks.

Which are the most common sizes used on cars ? On my chevy i only could find a screw with 7mm square. The others are for pipe plug sockets ( 8mm, 1/4" ,3/8")
