I looked at several Cooper tools at Lowes last week. The Plumb hammers and many of their hand tools were made in Taiwan and China.

Back before my time, Plumb was a hand tool company. I did put this up on another board, but Plumb used to make all sorts of tools, not just hammers, and back in the early 50s, the name changed over to PROTO.
