Anyone know anything about this? I bet manufacturers would get quite a bit of requests.

8-piece tray for hard-handles? I have one in grey/silver in pretty good condition. PM me if you're interested.

Yes and no... I know you can for Beta, I was looking at all the different stuff the Small Parts Inc offers... Not sure how 'universal' they are, though...

I have the 3 piece tray from my snap on D80 ratchet set, and it came split on the end and the 3/8 didn't quite fit right and rubbed/got stuck going in and out...well long story short i stomped the tray and threw it out..ridiculous, all I wanted to do was to keep my ratchets in an organized manor..what a joke.

Where do you purchase the foam for the cutouts? And is it just a matter of laying the tool on the foam and tracing it with a blade?

look on the internet, look on ebay
also look at some of the foam you can get from electronics pachaging
yes it cuts as easy as lay the tool down and go around with a Xacto and then pull the piece out. you can use the Xacto or a wood chisel to help level up the bottom of the cutout

You have some anger management issues, you go berserk in a Sears store because the sales person did not know where to go to find your replacement tools when you could have just as easily brought all the tools you needed replaced to the counter yourself and save a ton of time and frustration, now you are stomping plastic tool tray holders because they did not fit in your box?
Learn to go with the flow, you will be happier and you will find you will feel better. Is it really worth getting so upset over such petty issues all the time?
