It is, as you can see by the decal on the tank, a Saylor - Beal.
This appears to be a pressure lubed pump with centrifugal unloader. Best of all, its SINGLE PHASE.
I'd guess this is a $2500 compressor new.
Just saw it and thought I'd point it out. Wished I had it but I don't need another 7.5 hp compressor.... I'd have to sell mine.
